ECS, LLC began specializing in environmental services in 1985, with emphasis in asbestos, mold surveys, tape, bulk and air sample analysis, written assessment reports, consultation workshops and abatement. In these capacities, ECS, LLC represented clients such as: Terri Copley – “We Got It Maid” sitcom, Rod Stewart – “Entertainer” vocalist, Top Notch Management, City of Monrovia (Public Works Department), City of Lawndale (Neighborhood Preservation Code Enforcement Department), The Turtle Group LLC (Residential and Commercial property Developer), Presbyterian Church USA, and many others.
ECS, LLC., present clients engage in a wide variety of businesses including the entertainment industry, residential home owners, real estate agents/companies, developers, property management companies, city and public work projects.

Mr. Cox served and received his environmental apprenticeship in 1985 throughout Johns Mansville (asbestos) Chapter 11 filing, during his tenure as a Plant Engineer Coordinator and Abatement Inspector on numerous asbestos projects from residential to commercial including; Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Norwalk, CA. for William Lovett Filter Co., also d.b.a., Asbestos Consulting & Cleanup. Mr. Cox is admitted to the State of California EPA/Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) Department as a Registered Environmental Assessor.

Mr. Johnson graduated as a Mechanical and Industrial Engineer from Clarkson
University in 1979. He has worked in all disciplines (mechanical, chemical,
civil and electrical) of engineering.
Mr.
Johnson’s experience
ranges from petrochemicals in South America and the Middle East; design
and construction
of nuclear power at home and in
use by the Navy; engineering supervisor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center; to
currently consulting with New York State where his expertise has been used
from Design Engineer (highway and bridge design for D.O.T.), Environmental
Engineer (testing industrial waste products for D.E.C.), regional parks engineer
(construction and design O.P.R.H.P) to Chief Inspector (buildings for O.A.S.A.S.).
Mr. Johnson also has several years experience in residential and commercial real-estate development, Mr. Johnson since 1985 as former V.P., currently as Consultant with ECS, LLC continues to oversee strategic, logistic technical operations for the company and associates.
